what are 2 advantages and disadvantages of having a large executive branch of government?
The disadvantages are easier to identify. A larger government means higher taxes to pay for it. It also means, that the government is getting involved in more of society and in areas that should probably be left in the private sector.
One possible advantage is that they could actually help the underclass. The upper class, by nature, dominates society. An unregulated economy leads to inequality of its citizenry. The government can protect its citizens from such inequality.
